Refunds and Returns

Returns

You may return goods which meet the below criteria at your own risk and expense within a reasonable period (which shall not exceed 30 days from the date of purchase):

  • Such Goods are returned in their original undamaged packaging and sellable condition, and without having been used or installed in whole or in part and are approved by Classic Luxury.
  • All returns should be accompanied by the original proof of purchase from Classic Luxury
  • All returns are to be submitted to Classic Luxury within 60 days from date of sale.
  • Should you wish to exchange an item you may take it to your nearest Classic Luxury branch within 60 days and receive a credit note or courier it back to us at your own cost.
  • There will be no returns on Specially Ordered products from Classic Luxury.

Please note:

  • If the return has passed quality control on the requested refund it will be processed after 7-10 working days from Classic Luxury.
  • Classic Luxury shall be entitled to charge a Return Shipping Fee
  • All returns are subject to a 10% handling fee by Classic Luxury
  • In the case of incorrect items being delivered the return costs will be at the expense of Classic Luxury.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the products we supply (size, weight, dimensions), and the delivery cost involved in certain cases all refunds should comply with the below conditions before a Credit Note can be processed by Classic Luxury or requested a refund be approved, provided that

  • Such Goods are returned in their original undamaged packaging and sellable condition to Classic Luxury’s standards,
  • All good must be returned to Classic Luxury without having been used or installed in whole or in part.
  • All refunds are to be submitted within 60 days from date of sale to Classic Luxury

Should you not wish to take a refund on an accepted return we will be happy to issue a store credit which is valid for 2 years from date of issue by Classic Luxury.


Delivery

When receiving delivery of your order from Classic Luxury you must ensure that you:

  • Are satisfied with the nature, quality and quantity of the goods from Classic Luxury prior to use and/or installation, as no returns will be accepted following the use or installation of such Goods; and
  • Must be familiar with, understand and comply with the installation instructions applicable to the goods. Classic Luxury will not, accept any liability arising from your failure to adhere to installation instructions applicable to any goods. Should you need assistance with any installation instructions, please contact us at Classic Luxury for assistance.
  • Please make sure you inspect goods from Classic Luxury and ensure they are satisfactory before using or installing them. You take on risk for following installation instructions, so please make sure you understand and follow them carefully. Classic Luxury will not be liable for your failure to do so.
  • Damages and/or defects should be notified to Classic Luxury within 48 hours of receiving the delivery where applicable, a note needs to be made upon delivery.
