Classic Luxury takes the POPI Act very seriously and have implemented various of the principles in our business. Although we need to be fully compliant with the Act by 1 July 2021, (as stipulated by the Government of South Africa) we have been prioritising full compliance with the act and will continue to do so until and beyond July 2021.
